I have created a new category to my blog, it’s name is “Veggie food that everyone loves”. Food what will be in this category are my boyfriend’s favourite, so this should be tasty even for the meat lovers. I hope you like it too, because these quesadillas are filled with vitamins and healthy fat.
Ingredients for 4 quesadillas:
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1 small onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 handful of sprouts
- chilli sauce (my favourite is Valentina)
First of all cut avocado, onion and tomatoes into little pieces, mix it together.
Preheat the pan to average heat. Add tortilla on it and let it go crispy from one side. Then turn another side and fold the tortilla together. Add the cheese into folded tortilla and let it melt. Turn another side of tortilla and let it go crispy on the pan.
Tip! The longer you heat tortillas on the pan, the more crispier they get. So hold as long as you exactly prefer, but average time is usually about 1 minute 1 side.
Firstly add chilli sauce in the tortilla, then avocado salad, finally add sprouts. Enjoy while it’s still warm.
Tip! If you are vegan, then just substitute cheese with vegan cheese or just leave off.
Tip! My personal favourite chilli sauce is Valentina and here is a picture how it looks:
