This soup takes only 10 minutes to prepare! It’s perfect to eat when it’s cold and snowy outside and when your organism needs warm and wholesome food. White beans are a great source of fiber and protein. Fiber helps to keep your blood sugar steady and helps control hunger. White beans are typically also high in potassium, folate, vitamins C and B6, calcium, and iron.
Ingredients for 5-6 person:
- 1,5 l water
- 1 onion
- 1 glove of garlic
- 1 can of white beans
- 1 package of frozen Brussels sprouts
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful of rice noodles
- salt, pepper, mustard seeds and dill for the taste
Boil the water, peel and slice the carrots. Add carrots into boiling water, after 5 minutes boiling add sliced onion, crushed garlic, Brussels sprouts and spices. Boil 5 more minutes. Finally add beans and rice noodles and let it heat few more minutes.
Tasty and easy soup is ready to eat!
