Chia seeds are actually seeds from herb that belongs to the mint family. They are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, B vitamins and protein. They are nutritious seeds and try to rich your breakfast with them. Add them to smoothies, breakfast cereals, energy bars, granola bars, yogurt, bread etc.

Tip: mix the pudding together in the evening, so it could stay overnight so you’ll have extra time in the mornings to enjoy your breakfast

It’s really easy to do and the layers in this pudding choose as you like or what you happen to have in fridge. It’s the amount of chia seeds and rice milk which I suggest you to measure.

Ingredients for 3 puddings:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 200 ml of rice milk (or any other preferred milk)
  • agave syrup
  • granola
  • pomegranate
  • blueberry jam
  • whipped coconut cream or any other whipped cream

Just mix chia seeds and rice milk together and flavour it with a spoonful of agave syrup.

Add chia seeds in a glass and let it stay in a fridge before adding other layers. Chia seeds act as a gelatin, so it takes a little time to harden the milk.

Finally add other preferred ingredients and enjoy!
