IMG_54931Chia seed pudding is a great way to feast with healthy desert. They are nutritious seeds and a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, B vitamins and protein. I tried to combine mango flavour this time and it was excellent. I happened to have at home “Oatly” oat milk flavoured with mango and orange taste. Look “Oatly” products from here.
Ingredients for two deserts:

  • 400 ml preferred plant milk (e.g. oat milk)
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 30 g instant vanilla sauce
  • pomegranate
  • slice of orange
  • coconut whipped cream
  • agave syrup
  • walnuts
  • bee pollen

First of all mix together chia seeds with 200 ml of milk. Let it stay about 30 minutes.

Make the coconut cream whipped with a spoonful of agave syrup. Make the vanilla sauce using instant vanilla powder and another 200 ml of milk.

First of all add the orange slice into the jar, then all the other ingredients.

Layer the desert as you wish: I added chia pudding lowermost, then vanilla sauce, pomegranate and decorated it with coconut cream, nuts, bee pollen.

Idea! If you don’t have mango flavoured oat milk, you could just add the fresh mango to your desert.
