If you are making these rolls on weekend morning, I’m sure everybody’s day will start with a smile. These rolls make your home smell so nice that even the laziest people will get up. They are just too delicious to forbid. Because they are so rich in calories I’m sure you’re going to be filled with energy for a whole day.
Ingredients for at least 12 rolls:
- 500 g of puff yeast pastry
- 100 g of parmesan
- 150 g cheese
- two handful of spinach (it may be as well frozen)
- mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 egg
Roll the dough evenly as your doing cinnamon rolls. Then cover the dough with mayonnaise or cream cheese. In a food processor mix together cheese, parmesan and spinach. Add it over the dough and start rolling it. Slice preferred rolls, mix the egg in a cup and brush the rolls over with it.
Bake it 15 minutes with 220ºC/ 428ºF until pies are golden.
